The Alaska Native Tribal Health Consortium is a large, complex organization that delivers health and infrastructure services all over Alaska. With such a broad charter, it is an ongoing challenge to track the work we are doing, and to ensure that we are delivering the most value for the communities we serve. This presentation looks at the Alaska Tribal Health Network, an online system that was developed to address those challenges.
