Viniyoga is a nourishing practice that recognizes bodies and abilities differ but the mindfulness properties of yoga are beneficial to everyone. Julie uses her training and experience to create unique classes that meet the needs of the practitioners joining. She is able to offer adaptations and suggestions to make the practice fit your body rather than try to fit your body to the practice. Her areas of specialization include yoga nidra (a form of guided meditation), gentle yoga, yoga for cyclists, and pranayama (breath-centric meditations).
